To know me is to know someone who is passionate about women and their discovery of themselves. I believe every person has God given dreams, passion, purpose and a true destiny. Unfortunately many of us have boxed ourselves into self-imposed limits that are grounded in fear. These fears can come from disappointments, being hurt by people you trusted, and believing lies about yourself! They manifest themselves through low self-esteem, lack of confidence, procrastination, and feelings of inadequacy. My purpose is to inspire women, just like you, to recognize the true strength and potential that lies within. I encourage women to remember their dreams, to accomplish their personal goals, discover their life purpose, and to gain a stronger sense of self. I support women on their journey as they reawaken to their joy, creativity and power.

I received my coach training and certification from The Coaching Institute, and the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute (CaPP). I am a certified Biblical Counselor. I received my counseling certification from Christian Research and Development. I have studied fashion merchandising and medical assisting. I have worked in retail, banking, and as a human resources coordinator.

As a Certified Comprehensive Coach I adhere to the International Coach Federation's form of coaching that honors the client as the expert in her life and work and I believe that every client is creative, resourceful, and whole. By standing on this foundation, my responsibility is to support you as a co-active team member in your journey towards a more fulfilling life through coaching, consulting, and positive psychology. I coach courage, strength, inspiration and joy. I coach women to jump into life, take chances, be brave and happy. I leave my client's with the knowledge of their personal strengths and the ability to live the lives they were created to live, one woman at a time.
